South Adams Trails, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, founded in 2006 with the purpose of raising the quality of life in southern Adams County, Indiana through the construction and maintenance of high quality trails and associated amenities. The 16 members of our Board of Directors are all unpaid volunteers appointed by local governments and organizations who support our aims. We negotiate and make deals with landowners, fundraise from prospective donors and grant organizations, and raise awareness of our rich natural and historical heritage here in southern Adams County.
OUR MAIN GOALS:
We Need Your Help! 100% of our funding comes from donations or grants and goes toward the construction and maintenance of our trail system. Grants are never a sure thing, and they require a high matching % of privately raised funding, so any money you give helps amplify the amount we might eventually receive. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so any and all donations to South Adams Trails, Inc. are tax-deductible. Thank you for your generosity and your support!
